Christian Jakob has been an editor at the German daily newspaper taz since 2006, in the Reportage and Research department since 2014. He studied sociology and economics in Bremen and Milan and global studies in Berlin, Buenos Aires and Delhi. Ch. Links Verlag published "Die Bleibenden," a history of the refugee movement, "Diktatoren als Türsteher" (with Simone Schlindwein) and "Angriff auf Europa" (with M. Gürgen, P. Hecht. S. am Orde and N. Horaczek). He was a fellow at the Max Planck Institute for International Law in Heidelberg until February 2021.
